RFP Description

The vendor is required to provide that immigration legal services all personnel, equipment, Transportation, and supplies required to fulfill services needed.
- A brief narrative of the background and general qualifications of the offeror, including any experience with services/products similar in scope and/or size to those requested in this RFP.
- Scope of work:
• Secure h-1b visas and subsequent extensions for teachers and other eligible professionals, ensuring they can live and work in the U.S. under the specialty occupations category.
• File h-1b petitions explicitly for "cap-exempt" entities, organizations that are not subject to the annual cap on h-1b visas due to their non-profit, research, or government nature.
• Successfully obtain perm labor certifications from the U.S. department of labor for teachers, a crucial step in the green card process that demonstrates there are not enough U.S. workers who are able, willing, qualified, and available to do the job.
• Carefully prepare and submit employment-based petitions for permanent residency, guiding clients through the complex process toward achieving lawful permanent resident status.
• Procure j-1 waivers for teachers, allowing them to bypass the two-year home country physical presence requirement typically associated with the j-1 visa.
• Provide comprehensive training to human resources staff on form i-9 compliance, ensuring all employees are legally authorized to work in the U.S., and assist with internal audits to maintain compliance.
