The vendor is required to provide strategic planning consultant provide essential resources, expertise, and services to support the academic, research, and clinical missions of the agency.

- The selected consultant will work collaboratively with agency libraries leadership and stakeholders to develop a strategic plan that:
• Aligns with the agency strategy, supporting its focus areas and aspirational goals.
• Identifies opportunities for the agency libraries to contribute to improving health outcomes, advancing innovation, and shaping the future workforce in alignment with agency institutional priorities.
• Ensures the libraries’ services, collections, technology, and spaces support agency academic, research, and clinical missions.
• Involves engagement with internal stakeholders (faculty, staff, students) and external partners (healthcare providers, community organizations) to gather input on needs and opportunities.
• Establishes measurable goals, objectives, and key performance indicators to assess progress over the three years.
• Proven experience in strategic planning for academic or health sciences libraries.
• Familiarity with the unique needs of academic health systems and health sciences education.
• Expertise in aligning library services with broader institutional goals.
• Strong facilitation and engagement skills, with experience involving diverse stakeholders in strategic planning.
• A track record of developing measurable outcomes and effective implementation strategies.
