The vendor is required to provide that cleaning services for paper products for towel dispensers, hand soap, toilet tissue, cleaning rags, trash can liner, equipment and related items.
- Services include:
• Serve as a backup to the scheduled contractors cleaning staff for unscheduled or extended absences.
• Other services or additional cleaning may be added to upon mutual agreement between the contractor and the agency.
- Cleaning:
• The work performed shall be of high quality keeping the aesthetic appearance of the building(s) clean and neat as specified.
• To be no waxing or cleaner/chemical used on the polished concrete in the building, as that will destroy the polished surface.
• Be damp mopped with a solution of warm water and polished-floor cleaner or mild detergent.
• A steam mop or harsh chemicals such as ammonia, bleach, vinegar, citrus, oils or other cleaners that are inherently alkaline or acidic.
• To notify the project manager by phone or email within two business hours of the office opening.
