RFP Description

The Vendor is required to provide the project will begin by identifying, collecting, and analyzing key data on our full and part-time staff and volunteers including salary information as well as data from workplace satisfaction surveys.

- to become one of the best places to work in our state, a leading employer recognized nationwide for attracting, training, and retaining the most talented, ambitious, dedicated professionals in the museum field

- We agency staff and selected supplier will then explore, test, implement, and evaluate a broad set of workplace initiatives designed to achieve the goal of making agency  one of state best places to work.

- These could range from internal leadership programs and staff recognition initiatives to professional sabbaticals, continued telecommuting opportunities, publication of recruitment and retention metrics, training and professional development opportunities, and much more.

- Provided to those organizations, including length of contract, depth of involvement at implementation, and measured effectiveness.

- Provide truly exceptional visitor experiences, and to be an outstanding community partner, we must support the creative and dedicated team that powers the Museum.

- Contract Period/Term: 3 years
