RFP Description

The Vendor is required to provide phone crisis intervention services of safeguard clients with continuous access to telephonic crisis care and intervention 24/7.
o Clinical assessments, which are the likely reason for contacting behavioral health providers, are undertaken by master ’s-level counselors around the clock. A team of experienced Licensed Clinical Supervisors supervises clinicians. Supervisors provided clinicians with real-time clinical and procedural consultations. Clinical services – direct patient contact and supervision – are provided 24 hours, 7 days/week, 365 days/year. They should be able to handle the situation from start to finish, including arranging for PD to transport the students to the hospital if necessary.
•Provide detailed reports of calls to Student Counseling Services.
•Follow detailed established procedures set by Student Counseling Services.
•Monthly reports of overall usage (utilization report).
