The vendor is required to provide labor attorney services on an “as needed” basis with substantial experience in labor and employment law.
- Areas of legal representation being sought by the Airport are:
1. Negotiation of labor contracts
2. Employee Discipline & Discharge
3. Employment – Related Litigation in State and Federal Court
4. Providing legal advice on issues concerning labor and employment law.
